As a compliance to the health and safety protocols of IATF to combat Covid-19, parents and guardians are oriented to wear facemask, face shield, bring their own ballpen and always carry with their (alcohol) when they are scheduled to collect and deliver their sons/daughter's self learning modules.

Before they enter the school gate,  their body temperature will be scanned. After that, they will be ask to login in the logbook. Then, a contact tracing form and health declaration form are given to  be completed. They can proceed to the area where the distribution and retrieval of modules is assigned. However, in the event that the quarantine protocols will be in heightened alert status, they are required to just pick up a module in the box with the supervision of the class adviser who will stay at a far away distance. The distribution and retrieval this time will be  located in the entrance gate only.
